As the Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of products at Assured. 👨‍🎨Foster a design-centric culture within the organization, inspiring and mentoring design teams to deliver outstanding, user-focused solutions.

🎨Ensure a consistent design language and branding across our suite of products, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable user experience.

🏆Champion usability and accessibility principles, conducting research and utilizing metrics to inform.

🗂Proven experience in product design, with a track record of delivering successful SaaS products.

📌Exceptional skills in UX/UI design, product thinking, and a strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to impactful, user-focused designs.

🚍Ability to think strategically about design and articulate the rationale behind design decisions. Experience in contributing to product strategy discussions.

📊Experience applying user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights to drive design decisions.

❗️Demonstrated leadership in guiding and inspiring design teams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
