Location: Studio City – Our First Restaurant in Los Angeles!

Your Role:
Local Kitchens is making its big debut in LA, and we’re looking for a top-notch Expo to help bring our first Studio City location to life. As the key link between the kitchen and front-of-house, you’ll be the final checkpoint before dishes reach our guests, ensuring every order is accurate, beautifully presented, and ready to impress. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things organized, and have a sharp eye for detail, this is your moment to shine.
What You’ll Do:
Act as the bridge between the kitchen and guests, ensuring seamless communication and flawless execution.
Inspect every dish for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
Keep the expo station clean, organized, and ready for peak service.
Resolve order discrepancies or guest concerns with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Work closely with the kitchen team and management to keep service running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous restaurant or food service experience (expo experience is a plus).
A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for food, hospitality, and creating an unforgettable guest experience.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in a high-volume or multi-concept kitchen.
Knowledge of POS systems and order management.
