Job Role and Responsibility

As a Solutions Architect, you will collaborate with the team in the early stages of implementation to define the solution. Your technical expertise and ability to advise on delivery strategy will enable our customers to transition to a fully automated, streamlined, integrated quote to revenue platform that leverages our solutions to orchestrate their revenue journey.

You will present solutions to diverse stakeholder groups, communicate effectively with C-level executives (often CFOs) of large enterprises, advise on delivery strategy, lead customer technical design and implementation, drive adoption of our products and solutions by achieving business goals and driving innovation.

You are a hands-on leader that can manage multiple complex tasks and priorities simultaneously while maintaining the ability to engage with team members and customers in a professional and timely manner. You have a high proficiency in translating business problems into solutions, while leveraging the capabilities of Nue. You will always ensure that the solution provided is delivering business value.

You will work closely with our Sales Team to address technical questions and ensure that more complex aspects of proposed projects are properly scoped.

​​What You’ll Be Working On

  • Lead requirements gathering and technical deep dives with the customer.
  • Design a scalable, reliable and integrated billing and revenue solution leveraging the Nue platform.
  • Configure Nue to support use cases, identify areas of complexity and work with Nue’s solutions engineer to propose technical solutions.
  • Provide the customer with expertise on best practices on product and pricing, integrations, data import, including guidance and support for reporting analytics.
  • Own and drive customer implementations from start to finish.
  • Become an expert on the product domain from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Work with the engineering team to drive product solutions.
  • Successfully manage a number of engagement concurrently

We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience working with senior Revenue Operations, Systems, Sales, Marketing stakeholders to uncover business requirements, identify gaps and pains, and design scalable solutions to resolve these gaps and requirements.
  • A deep understanding of billing processes, revenue recognition, and financial systems, as well as a strong technical expertise in software architecture and system integration.
  • A specialist in the following areas: technical architecture, solution architecture, billing and revenue system integration with other enterprise applications, such as CRM, ERP and financial systems, ensuring a seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, and a mature perspective on when to use out-of-the-box features or leverage code.
  • Solid understanding of object oriented technologies to develop software solutions.
  • Strong PL/SQL skills.
  • Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate the level of effort for tasks, with an appropriate balance of risk and effort.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work with global teams.
  • Customer empathy is a must.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong desire and ability to continually learn new skills, processes, technologies, and product knowledge.
  • Willing to work in a fast paced startup environment.
