Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager, CPQ & Lifecycle Manager to drive Nue.io’s CPQ, subscription lifecycle, and pricing solutions. This role will focus on delivering a seamless and flexible CPQ system that integrates with commerce, subscription management, and billing platforms like Stripe, Salesforce, and enterprise ERP solutions.
You will work at the intersection of pricing strategy, product management, engineering, and customer success to deliver enterprise-grade CPQ and subscription lifecycle management capabilities that help businesses scale and optimize their revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the product roadmap and product features for CPQ and Lifecycle Management, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable pricing, quoting, and subscription lifecycle management features.
• Work closely with customers to understand pricing models, sales workflows, and subscription dynamics, translating them into clear product requirements.
• Collaborate with finance and billing teams to ensure proper alignment of CPQ outputs with billing (Stripe, NetSuite, ERP systems).
• Work with the engineering team to optimize CPQ performance, ensuring it handles complex pricing, multi-channel quoting, and large enterprise datasets efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CPQ, billing, and revenue lifecycle management.
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in CPQ, commerce, or subscription management within the quote-to-revenue ecosystem.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, recurring revenue models, and enterprise sales workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Stripe Billing, or other billing/subscription management platforms.
• Strong understanding of pricing models, discounting structures, and revenue lifecycle automation.
• Hands-on experience integrating CPQ, pricing engines, and billing systems into enterprise workflows.
• Technical proficiency with API-driven integrations and complex object models in CPQ & subscription systems.
• Experience working with sales teams, RevOps, and finance teams to align CPQ & billing capabilities with GTM motion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track adoption metrics, and optimize product features based on data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, sales, customer success, and finance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in a product management role for CPQ, pricing, or subscription lifecycle management.
