Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager, Integrations to lead and drive the integration of Nue.io with third-party systems. This role will focus on enabling seamless connectivity between Nue.io and platforms like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and taxation and revenue recognition systems. You will work at the intersection of product management, engineering, and customer success to deliver enterprise-grade integrations that enhance the value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for integrations with third-party systems, including ERP, accounting, GL, revenue recognition and taxation platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable and robust integrations using embedded platforms like Tray.io.
• Work closely with customers to understand integration requirements and translate them into clear specifications and user stories.
• Navigate through complex object models to support data synchronization and interoperability across systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, CS, and sales) to ensure successful deployment and adoption of integrations.
• Monitor integration performance, proactively identify areas for improvement, and work with teams to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the quote-to-revenue ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in the quote-to-revenue ecosystem, with deep knowledge of systems like CPQ, ERP, accounting, and billing platforms.
• Strong expertise in integrating with third-party systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and taxation/revenue recognition platforms.
• Hands-on experience with embedded integration platforms like Tray.io, including building and maintaining integration workflows.
• Solid understanding of enterprise system integrations and working with complex object models.
• Technical background with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger (GL), revenue recognition, and taxation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and tools.
• Prior experience in a product management role for enterprise integrations.
