As the Senior Demand Generation Manager at Nue, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Content to develop data-driven demand strategies. You will be responsible for supporting ABM programs, optimizing inbound and outbound campaigns, and leveraging marketing automation to generate high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute an integrated demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Manage the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, and events.
- Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to align on pipeline goals, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
- Support the growth and optimization of ABM programs targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Optimize website conversion rates and improve marketing funnel performance through data-driven testing.
- Assist in the execution of field marketing initiatives, including industry conferences, trade shows, and executive events.
- Work with marketing automation and CRM strategies to ensure seamless lead flow and accurate attribution.
- Analyze campaign performance and use insights to improve strategies and maximize ROI.
- Help manage and optimize the demand generation budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel marketing programs.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Experience with paid media strategies, including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience working with demand generation teams in a high-growth environment is a plus.
