drive GitOps with Terraform/OpenTofu; improve reliability and observability; partner cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Lead Salesforce DevOps—build and operate CI/CD with SF CLI; Kubernetes</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Relentlessly leverage AI tooling to 10x efficiency — use generative AI for rapid development; turn hours into minutes and minutes into seconds with automation-first thinking.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience and/or certification with cloud computing (<strong>AWS/GCP/Azure</strong>)</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong experience with <strong>relational databases</strong> (performance optimization, sharding, indexing, etc.)</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficiency in Bash, shell scripting, basic linux fundamentals</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiarity with <strong>NoSQL</strong> technologies (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB)</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven experience building <strong>scalable</strong> web applications &amp; solid Git practices (PRs, branching, protected branches); quality gates with PMD/SFDX Scanner, Apex/LWC tests, and coverage thresholds.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Solid grasp of Salesforce metadata strategy, unlocked packages, dependency resolution, and profiles/permission sets management.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Environment strategy across DevHub, scratch orgs, and sandboxes;
