at Nue.<br></p> <hr> <p><strong>What You'll Be Working On</strong><br></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design, develop, and implement comprehensive QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality standards from the ground up.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with project teams during requirements gathering, design reviews, and sprint planning to identify and prevent potential defects early.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Establish quality gates and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project lifecycle to ensure disciplined quality practices across all teams.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Coach and mentor project team members on quality best practices, testing techniques, and defect prevention strategies.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Conduct design reviews and provide early feedback on technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify quality risks before development begins.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Perform functional testing of Nue's platform features, configurations, and customizations to ensure they meet business requirements and technical specifications.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Execute data migration testing to validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness during customer implementations and system upgrades.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Conduct integration testing between Nue and external systems (CRM, ERP, financial systems) to ensure seamless data flow and functionality across platforms.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, coordinating with customers and stakeholders, and managing defect resolution.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing scenarios.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify, document, and track defects through resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes and root cause analysis.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Perform regression testing to ensure new features and fixes don't negatively impact existing functionality.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Document testing processes, standards, and best practices to build a knowledge base for the team.</p></li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in QA/testing roles in SaaS or enterprise software environments.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Prior experience working within the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) space including knowledge of CPQ, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong functional testing experience with ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with data migration testing including data validation, transformation testing, and reconciliation.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Solid integration testing experience, including API testing using tools like Postman, REST clients, or similar.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex queries for data validation and testing purposes.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for test automation and data manipulation.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with testing tools and frameworks (JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar).</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understanding of Salesforce platform and its testing considerations.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with
