Role Overview
The Director of Channel Partnerships at rePurpose Global is responsible for developing and executing a channel partnership strategy aimed at driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through establishing strategic retail and association relationships. This role involves building and leading the Channel Partnerships team, negotiating and launching partnerships, maintaining and nurturing existing partnerships and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure successful execution. The position is pivotal in rePurpose’s go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Create a channel partnership strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Maintain and expand upon existing strategic partnerships already in placeIdentify, negotiate, and launch new partnerships to accelerate customer growth.
  • Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Account Management and other internal teams to guarantee successful execution.
  • Monitor partnerships using important metrics, driving continuous improvements for mutual success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Be accountable to specified revenue and client acquisition targets sourced from the Partnerships organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales.
  • Ability to lead and scale teams, with a track record of building high-performing partnership organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements that drive business growth.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels and functions.A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and focuses on delivering measurable business results.
  • Travel requirements: 50%
Location Preference:
The role is hybrid working, we are looking for the team members to be located at our head office in New York City, with weekly in-office days at our office at 1460 Broadway. We have a truly global team - with members across Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, London, Nairobi, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Jakarta.
