Description

Zafran is looking for an experienced and creative Sales operations to join our Sales team. This role is integral to driving sales growth and enhancing brand awareness through the development and execution of effective promotional campaigns.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales promotion strategies that align with business goals and drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, including product launches, special offers, contests, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform promotion strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the tools and information needed to effectively promote products and engage with customers.
  • Engage with customers through various channels to promote products, answer questions, and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales promotion techniques, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize promotional efforts.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative promotional ideas and campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling promotional content.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.

Experience with the following is a plus

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related technical field.
  • SFDC Admin experience
