Description

Zafran is looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven ability to create and expand strategic partnerships. As the Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the success of our cybersecurity solutions through the development and management of key relationships.

What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, technology providers, and other key stakeholders to expand Cyber’s market presence and capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that align with Cyber’s business objectives, ensuring long-term growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success teams to integrate partnership initiatives and drive collective success.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions with potential partners, securing favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to refine partnership strategies continuously.
  • Act as an advocate for partners within Cyber, ensuring their feedback and needs are addressed to maintain strong and productive relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role, with significant experience in the cybersecurity industry.
  • xceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute partnership plans that drive business growth.
  • Ability to analyze market data and partnership performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
