Description

Zafran is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role is integral to optimizing cross-functional business processes, enabling growth and scales, and driving operational efficiency to support sales growth and enhance overall business performance.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement business operations strategies that align with organizational goals and drive efficiency.
  • Assisting in all processes related to supporting business operations at Zafarn
  • Coordinate and execute operational plans, including resource allocation, KPI setting, process optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze market trends, business performance data, and operational processes to inform strategies and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide the tools, information, and support needed to effectively engage with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand business needs, and implement improvements.
  • Enable and oversee commercial agreements with customers and partners to drive growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Experience with working on legal documents
  • Strong understanding of business operations principles, process optimization techniques, and resource management.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize operational efforts.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional business performance and creating positive business outcomes.

Experience with the following is a plus

  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry or a related technical field.
  • Experience with SFDC (Salesforce.com) administration.
