Description
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. This role is integral to driving growth across all our digital channels, with a focus on SEO, paid media, social media, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will also have technical expertise to manage our website and experience in overseeing SEO and SEM agencies to deliver measurable results.

What you will do
- Develop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the full buyer journey from topic research, landing page / CTA creation, to sales follow up messaging
- Lead on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic, aligning with internal and external resources to achieve goals.
- Own the strategy and execution for paid digital marketing programs, including SEM, retargeting, display, email nurture and paid social, through management of the paid media budgets and agency.
- Establish A/B testing programs across all channels, analyze performance to identify and implement improvements, and create marketing playbooks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
- Be data-obsessed. Continuously track campaign effectiveness and efficiency and create a feedback loop for the team, driving performance learnings across the entire marketing funnel and buyers’ journey.
Requirements
- 5-7 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid media,and social media. Cybersecurity experience is a plus.
- Experience managing SEO and collaborating with agencies.
- Experience with developing and executing SEM strategy including keyword research and competitive insights gathering
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and 6Sense
- Ability to dive into data, uncover insights and optimize campaigns appropriately
- Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Measurement.
